My folder is now 12.3gb.But after leaving it downloading, i came back to a 'Patch Error,please try again later'.

I hit update again, the bar fully updated then gave me the error again.So i restarted the patcher, and now its trying to download more.Just wondering how much more i have to download,if any, or is the patcher bugged. Alright everyone, thanks for the replys.
Defiance Xbox 360 Patch Error
Finally got it working.I didnt delete anything, i just let the patcher run for as long as it wanted, without closing it, for 30+ hours.I got a couple of Patch errors, but i left the patcher open and then started up a new patcher and it seemed to carry on from where it got the error.Played it for a day, then had to leave for a day or two.Now patch 1.010 is out. The download speeds a bit quicker thankfully, but my progress bar isnt moving. So either its a huge patch again, or just bugged.Hoping someone can tell me the size of this patch, as i cant find on google, other than someone saying 15gb, but surely the patch cant be bigger than the bloody game.Would it really be hard for them to add a 13mb/150mb (example) counter to the patcher?Annoys me to no end, same with steam not telling you how big the download is before you buy it.But yea, if someone knows the size of patch 1.010, that would be great!:).
