Aug 27, 2015 Hey all. Today the wife's c5180 would not scan and when I checked it said driver unavailable. After uninstalling the driver windows update went to install drivers and we got these codes. I went back to the store and they change to a new disc to install this prodict. Even this disc doesnt work.I do install via USB cable When the program ask to connect the cable of USB I did that bat the disk/installation program doesn answer after that pint in the process.
(the same fault appear exactly on the same moment in the proces as on the first disc trying.) The disc is not responding bafter that point.I wander if all af your installation disc has the same error?I try to download your Driver from here! If that works I'm satisfied.
