1. Look up your Mac's motherboard model. Open a search engine of your choice (e.g., Google), then type in your Mac's serial number followed by the word 'motherboard' and press ⏎ Return. This will bring up a list of matching motherboard models.
2. Locate the serial number on bottom of device, ensure a 0 is a number, and an O is a letter. Identify the serial number which is located on the bottom of the Wi-Fi Hub or Internet Gateway. Verify the serial number is written down correctly, ensure a 0 is a number, and an O is a letter. Try to register your device again with the correct serial number.

Sure you're not confusing this with the new Content Browser v1.1)? I just downloaded that recently and it's still free. I do think metadata is charged extra but the ability to view is still a free app. Edit: Never mind, I see what the issue is now. Last edited by JCummings; at 02:51 PM.
